My Journey...

It is hard to believe that I have worked in the healthcare field for 14 years. I started my healthcare journey as a registered nurse and then advanced my career and became a nurse practitioner, but I always felt like something was missing. 
 

I always had an interest in fitness and nutrition, but was not sure how to get started. I was always the "skinny" girl that could eat whatever she wanted. But it wasn't until I tried my first Crossfit class that I realized how out of shape I actually was and I wanted to make a change.

How Can I Help?

Establish Eating Habits

Although counting calories allows us to have a better idea of how much we are actually eating, doing it long term is not sustainable and may even become frustrating. I would like to help create a healthy relationship with food and allow you to still eat foods that you enjoy.

Adopt a Healthy Lifestyle

Developing a sustainable healthy relationship with food and exercise are important aspects of long-term weight management.

Set Healthly Goals

What do you want to achieve in 2023? Setting healthy goals is more than just weight loss. While weight loss can be a goal, nonscale victories are just as important. Its amazing how much can change that is not related to the scale: decreased joint pain, increased stamina, changes in how clothes fit.

Personal Training

Home workouts with minimal equipment to aid increasing strength, core strength, and general wellbeing. Strength training is not just about gaining muscle mass, but can help with every day activities, maintain posture, and can increase calories burned after your workout.
